The Adelaide Hills exquisite 2023 vintage is marked by ideal growing conditions that produced wines of exceptional flavour and elegance.
The fruit for this wine was cold steeped for 3 days before primary fermentation began. The skins were gently turned over once every 24 hours for 7 days before being pressed out though our basket press.
The wine was then transferred to older French oak hogsheads for 10 months before bottling,
