The 2020 growing season started of being quite warm to start off with and then developed into a typical mild day and cool night pattern
in the all important last two months of the growing season.
The fruit fermented in small open vats at between 18-22 c degrees . After Fermentation was completed, the wine was transferred to French oak hogsheads for maturation. After 14 months maturation the wine was clarified and bottled.
