A fantastic growing season with mild warm days and cool nights throughout saw fruit of great depth of flavour and intensity.
The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were harvested from our Balhannah Vineyard in early March during the cool of the night.
The two varieties are then crushed, pressed and fermented separately and only blended just prior to secondary ferment.
