The 2024 Vintage saw a very cool growing season right up until harvest when a warm spell occurred. This meant we had fruit at full ripeness with great natural acidity and fruit flavour.
Picked in the cool of the night, the fruit for Nepenthe 2024 Elevation Pinot Gris is processed quickly to retain freshness. The clarified juice is then fermented cool to preserve fruit lift. The wine is then clarified and bottled.
