Conversations With Our Winemaker

The tasting takes palce in our exclusive APEX room and is a perfect opportunity for wine club members and private guests to enjoy a delightful selection of wines and cheeses.

Our Spring event will see James focus on wines that shine as the weather warms, including one of his all-time favourite varietals; Chardonnay.

During the tasting, attendees will have the pleasure of savoring up to six varietals, a mix of white and red wines, carefully selected by James. These wines are chosen to complement the upcoming season's warmer weather. Alongside the wines, there will be a curated selection of cheeses, thoughtfully paired to enhance the tasting experience.
