I couldn’t go past including a Chardonnay on my list as it’s my favourite varietal. The newly released 2022 Pinnacle Chardonnay is a wonderful example luscious complex flavours of nectarine and grapefruit with hints of roasted hazelnuts with zippy citrus finish. This exciting wine will go great with a long Summer lunch full of raw or BBQ’d Seafood and fresh salads.
Our newest APEX addition is a deliciously elegant Pinot Noir full of cherries, raspberries and subtle potpourri notes that can be enjoyed year-round. A great option as a gift or to share amongst friends at your next special get together.
You can’t go wrong with a Sparkling during Summer, our Adelaide Hills Sparkling is fresh, bright and citrus, it’s very celebratory and pairs excellently with seafood, so this is a no brainer.
A bright wine full of stone fruits at the fore, followed by hints of jasmine and honeysuckle. This stunning wine has been showing up spectacularly at recent award shows, consistently achieving 94+ scores. I can attest to it being one of the best wines of our Vintage 22’ and one I’ll be recommending all summer long.
